The technical fault that led to this eight-year service outage has been located, and the software responsible was replaced on November 4th.
Early tests of the newly installed program indicate that we are now operating correctly, and we expect it to be fully functional on January 20. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the outage.
We look forward to resuming full service and hope to improve in years to come.

Everytime something goes wrong, it's the software guy to blame.
Perhaps HR could do a better job hiring.

Genial! High expectations for this new software... hopefully it will work much better than previous editions.
And no interruption between 51-59... Ike was between 53 and 61, and wasn't that bad.
